Class Descriptions
Pilates Mat is geared toward improving mental and physical well being by increasing
flexibility, and strengthening core muscles (abdomen, back, hips and shoulder girdle.) This class uses controlled
movements in the form of mat exercises to strengthen and tone, improve
posture, balance, and create a more streamlined shape without increasing
bulk. All levels of fitness ability welcome!
Pilates Reformer is an amazingly elegant machine with a pulley and spring system. The reformer
provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very
precisely to develop good alignment, core strength and flexibility.
Along with the reformer we offer classes utilizing the V2 Max plus vertical tower as well as the Cardio Trampoline. These additional accessories are an addition to add variety to your re-hab and/or cross training needs.

Pilates Ring & Roller are props used in a mat class to help provide additional awareness of postural alignment, balance challenges and adds an additional layer of difficulty while performing Pilates mat exercises.
Bar "None" The BAR
"NONE" class draws from dance
and Pilates principles and fuses them into a dynamic fat burning format that integrates aerobic and strength
training. You will reshape and sculpt
your arms, flatten your abs, lift your bottom and elongate your thighs,
strengthen your core while improving posture and flexibility with elegant
grace. This class delivers intense energy using light weights and various props
that challenges the body in different ways to accelerate your muscles into change.
"NO BAR NECESSARY"
Hatha Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being using bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear,
peaceful mind. There are nearly 200 Hatha yoga postures, with hundreds
of variations, which work to make the spine supple and to promote
circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures
also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.
Yoga Tune Up® is a mobility training combining Yoga, physical therapy principles and multiple stretching modalities which creates immediate increases in resting muscle length, relief from chronic tension and decompression in the joints.
Zumba® Burn hundreds of calories per hour in this fun cardiovascular workout featuring exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Just
follow the lead of your instructor as you jump, slide and shake along
to the music. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels
are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party.
It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a
deep-rooted community among returning students.
